📦 Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-demand times (like holidays or new product launches), processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Estimated delivery times will also be shown at checkout. Please note these are estimates only — once your order is with the carrier, delivery speed is in their hands.

We currently ship within the United States (and may expand internationally in the future).
📍 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear.
🎁 Shipping to Multiple Addresses
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. If you’d like items sent to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
🚫 Exceptions & Delays

We’re not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or events outside our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is handed over to the carrier.

Please make sure your shipping details are accurate — we’re not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses.
❌ Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can’t find your package:

Double-check with neighbors or household members.

Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

🌍 International Shipping (Future Plans)
